Preceded in death by his parents, Gary Bender and Phyllis Lawrence, his memory will be cherished and kept alive by his loving family. He was a beloved brother to Larry (Cindy), Sherry and Cindy. A devoted father, he leaves behind his children, Anthony (Laura), Scott, and Tina (Alan). His grandchildren, Mason, Aubrey, Skyler, Spencer, and Sloan, will miss their grandfather's big personality and constant laughter. Keith also leaves behind his former spouse and dearest friend, Lisa Bender, who shared many of life's adventures with him.
A man of many interests, Keith's passion for motorcycles and hot rods was more than a hobby; it was a way of life. His garage was a haven for friends and family, where he would often be found tinkering with an engine, a smile on his face, and an inappropriate joke at the ready. His humor and loving nature were the cornerstones of his personality. He was the kind of person who could light up a room with his presence and leave people laughing long after he'd gone. His spirit was infectious, and his approach to life was to live it fully. As we say goodbye to Keith, we celebrate a life well-lived. His stories, his laughter, and the love he shared will continue to resonate with all who knew him. Keith Alan Bender will be deeply missed, but his spirit will ride on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Grace Memorial Life Celebration Center.
