Keith is now reunited in the afterlife with his father, Lowery Carter, his son Andrew Waddell, and his stepson Michael Terry.
He is survived by his loving wife Theresa Carter, his mother Carol Longwith, his cherished daughter Jessica Carter, and his brothers William Carter and Jeffery Carter.
Keith was renowned for his boundless passion for the outdoors, particularly fishing and camping. He found solace and sheer delight amidst the tranquil embrace of the mountains and held a profound aversion to being confined indoors. His adoration for cars was unmistakable and served as a testament to his vibrant personality and zest for life.
At this time, no services are scheduled. The family kindly requests privacy as they navigate this difficult time.
Keith's memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His spirit will continue to inspire and bring warmth to all who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him.
