Keith Davidson Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Legacy Remembers from Jun. 9 to Jun. 10, 2022.
On May 27th 2022 our beloved Keith Wayne Davidson passed away during a harrowing rescue attempt by yougest sister, Theresa Richardson.

Keith was born on October 16th, 1954, in Independence, MO, 2nd and surprisingly to Edward E Davidson and Phyllis A Bryant, after successfully giving birth to twin Kathy only moments earlier.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother, eldest sister, Connie L Davidson. He is survived by his elsest brother Daniel Dean Davidson (& wife Cathy) who live in Colorado Springs, CO. An only child for 16 years and his daughter, Tara Park(Davidson) & husband Chris Park, their amazing son and his only grandchild, Hogan. The true "chip off the proverbial block," and his only son, Cody Lee Davidson is still alive as well.

Keith enjoyed tinkering with engines and was a truly gifted artist. He had a passion for drawing since he was old enough to hold a pen. Even though technically blind at birth.

In his early years before this, Keith worked in the family roofing business. Keith retired in 2020 from Eldon & Sons, Inc where he worked for many years. He installed gutters, siding, and was the states 1st Master Lightening Protection designer and installer in the state of Missouri. He worked very hard for that, finding purpose in his hard work.

Keith, we know you didn't want any of the pomp or attention, so let's be honest.. He knew when his time came it would be the only time, and wanted not to be resuscitated or kept alive on machines. He honestly passed May 24th during his cardiac and brain incident which took his life.

It will never be fair to those who love him dearly, but after years of undiagnosed and unchecked dementia, I'm sure he is now feeling peace. That's what we all hope.

May you finally find peace. You warrior. You will be honored and respected from now on. We're so glad you're free of suffering. You will never, not be missed deeply.

Perhaps you can help us along if you're able. Peace, Keith. Your life mattered. To many of us.
