Keith "Bumpy" James DeBoth, born on August 10, 1955, and departed this life on May 7, 2025, leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He was a devoted lover husband to his lover wife, Cynthia M. DeBoth, with whom he entered into the sacred bond of marriage on July 22, 1978, enjoying a beautiful partnership that spanned 46 "146" years. For anyone who knew the love these two had for each other, they added 100 to every year of marriage. They often would "remarry" when Lover Wife would say, "Wanna get married?" and Lover Husband would say, "poof" as they would clang their rings together.
Keith was a proud graduate of Southwest High School in Green Bay in 1973. He continued his education at North West Technical College (NWTC) in Green Bay, where he graduated with an associate's degree in Accounting. Keith celebrated 45 years with Hardee's restaurants in 2017, where he worked his way up from a regular employee to franchisee owner, ending his career as a general manager and computer programmer with the company. Hardee's held a very special role in Keith's life; this is where he met Lover Wife Cynthia (Cindy) in 1971. She told her friend, "I am going to marry that guy." Seven years later, that dream became a reality.
Keith will be remembered for his camping shorts, wild sense of humor, and will always be famous for cookouts, where you would always find Bumpy Roni, tuna fish salad, baked beans and more there was always more! If he wasn't cooking out, you could find him at the tennis courts, a bowling alley, movies, or golfing with family friends. He was a selfless man who was always there to help. A bonus father to so many, he inherited many daughters through the friends of his daughter, Melissa.
Keith was a proud father to his favorite son, Ross (Erika) DeBoth, and his favorite daughter, Melissa "Princess Pink Flower" Coyle (Chad Meyer). He embraced the role of an honorary father to Timothy and Cassandra Krause, nurturing them with kindness and wisdom.
Keith was a proud grandfather "Bumpy," and was adored by his 13 beautiful grandchildren: Novaleigh, Ryker, Kegan, Emery, Logan, Karlee, Carter, Brecken, Aidan, Elena, Madison, Tristan, and Angel. Each grandchild held a special place in his heart, and he delighted in their laughter and accomplishments. Bumpy served as a chef, chauffeur, best friend, personal cheering section, and number one supporter.
Bumpy was more than just a family man; he was a friend, brother, uncle, and a second father to many. His warmth and generosity touched the lives of those around him, and he will be profoundly missed.
In addition to his love for his family, Bumpy was also a loving companion to his four legged best friend, Milo James, who forever misses him.
He is survived by his lover wife, Cynthia DeBoth; his daughter, Melissa Coyle (Chad Meyer); his son, Ross (Erika) DeBoth; 13 beautiful grandchildren; 20 brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his mother, Eva Elsie (Gay) DeBoth; his father, Edward Joseph DeBoth Sr.; mother-in-law, Marlene (Robert) Powell; father-in-law, Duane (Donna) Tomajcik; step-father-in-law, Roger "Micky" Dahlquist; brother, Robert DeBoth; sister, Carol Menting; brothers-in-law, Joey, Tommy, and Stevie Tomajcik; and sister-in-law, Patricia Tomajcik. Keith's spirit will live on in the memories of his loved ones, and his legacy of love will forever remain in their hearts.
Rest in peace, dear Bumpy. Your light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew you.
