Keith Howard Kittle Jr.

Keith Kittle died peacefully on January 9, 2025 at the age of 86 after living in a memory care facility in Carefree, AZ for eight months with Alzheimers disease.
Born April 15, 1938 in Chicago Illinois, Keith was the son of Evelyn Benson Kittle & Keith Howard Kittle, Sr. Later the family moved to Bethesda, Maryland where Keith attended high school and went on to Yale University graduating in 1960 with a degree in engineering.
After working in the field of engineering for seven years, Keith discovered his true calling in New Orleans, Louisiana where he transitioned to a career as a financial planner/retail broker at Dean Witter Reynolds and later worked at and retired from
Morgan Stanley.
It was in New Orleans where Keith met his first wife, Sally Bahan Kittle. They were married and had two daughters, Eean & Kaye. Sally died at a young age from cancer and Keith went on to raise his two daughters.
In 1994, Keith & daughter, Kaye moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to work and be closer to Eean who was attending ASU. And while in Scottsdale Keith met Sharon in 1998 and they were married later that year by another Yalie, Pastor Bob Hutson at Christ the Lord
Lutheran Church. Keith was a faithful member and served on the church council for several years. His faith and his church community were an important part of his life.
In 2003, Keith retired from Morgan Stanley and now had more time to enjoy golf with his friends embracing the sunny skies, perfect weather and an active lifestyle at Desert Mountain.
Keith is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Sharon Kittle; his two daughters, Eean (Bob) Kerber, Pittsburgh, PA and Kaye (Rob) Barrett, Houston, TX; his five grandchildren, Keith, Kyle and Sam Kerber and Elizabeth and Katherine Barrett; and his younger sister, Kaye Boyer Ryan of Palm Coast, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Sally, and his brother, Kent Kittle.
Keith will be remembered for his warm smile, his zest for life, and his appreciation for the simple pleasures ~ a round of golf, a sunny day, travel, and time spent with loved ones.
A Celebration of Life well be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, 3 PM at Christ the Lord Lutheran Church, 9205 E Cave Creek Rd, Carefree, AZ 85377.
