Keith A Maple

Keith A. Maple, a devoted husband, loving father, and esteemed veteran of the United States Navy, passed away on December 28, 2023. He was born on July 16, 1953, in East Liverpool, OH. the son of the late Gale and Mildred (Nelson) Maple. Keith was 70 years old.
Keith dedicated many years of his life to serving his community as a Diesel Mechanic for the Southern Local School System. His commitment to his work and his passion for fixing engines earned him the respect and admiration of those who knew him.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Keith served his country with honor and distinction in the United States Navy from 1984 until his honorable discharge in 1994. During his service, he received several decorations including the Good Conduct Medal, Battle "E" Ribbon, Humanitarian Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, and the National Defense Service Medal.
Keith will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Helen (Smith) Maple, whom he married on December 12, 1971. Together, they created a beautiful family and raised four wonderful sons: Timothy A (Casey). Maple, Keith A.(Jessica) Maple Jr,Ricky A(Becca) Maple, and Joshua (Erin) Ott. Keith was a proud grandfather to 16 grandchildren and great-grandfather to 4 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind four sisters: Connie Burlingame, Gail McCulley, Donna Jean Wilkes, and Lorain Blankenship.
In keeping with Keith's wishes, no funeral services will be observed. The family will host a Memorial Dinner for Keith on January 13, 2024 at 5PM at the VFW 359 Main Street, Wellsville, OH
