Keith Alan Milligan, 68, of Loogootee, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Friday, June 20, 2025. Born on April 18, 1957, in Jasper, Indiana, he was the beloved son of Richard and Vangie (Lyon) Milligan.

After graduating from Purdue University, Keith worked in the field of rural development for the USDA. He provided transportation for his Amish neighbors; had a love of animals; enjoyed collecting antiques, particularly antique tractors and Dodge Challengers.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 4 siblings: Robert D. Milligan, Foster Milligan, Vera (Jim) Casper, and Mary Alice (Albert) Miller; 3 brothers-in-law: Marvin Arvin, Byron Dye, and Paul VanHoy. Keith is lovingly remembered by his wife, Suwimon Milligan, 4 siblings: John Milligan, Virginia Arvin, Anna Dye, and Ruth VanHoy; sisters-in-law: Mary Milligan and Charlene Milligan; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 11:00 am at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee, Indiana with Pastor Ed Frost to officiate. Burial to take place at a later date in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Loogootee, Indiana.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 9:00 am to time of service at 11:00 am at Blake Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Martin County Humane Society. Online condolences may be made online at www.blakefuneralhomes.com
