Kelly Mills Brown age 83 of Pikeville, Kentucky passed from this earthly life Thursday June 19, 2025, at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born on September 12, 1941, the son of the late Everette C. and Imal Faye Charles Brown. Kelly retired from First National Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer, coached in Little League Sports long before he had his own children and more importantly, he was a born-again Christian being a devoted member and Assistant Pastor of the Pikeville Free Will Baptist Church.
Kelly is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Adkins Brown, his son, and his wife, Dr. Joseph Allen "Jody" (Ashley) Brown of Pikeville, Kentucky, his daughter, and her husband Melissa (Danny) Collier of Danville, Kentucky, nine grandchildren, Hunter (Sarah) Rowe, Emily (Zach) Wheeler, Nathan Brown, Natalie (Zack) Lee. Elizabeth Kate Brown, Caroline Brown, Carson Rowe, Hailey Jo Brown and Lindsey Rowe, two great grandchildren, Baylor Lee and Naomi Mills Rowe.
Visitation will be Monday June 23, 2025, from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM at J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home with evening services beginning at 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be Tuesday June 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Jim Patton officiating.
Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.

Brother Kelly preached my brother in law Danny Blankenship funeral and he did a great job and said so many good things about him and also spoke to the lost he will surely be missed but God gained another great man of God and my prayers and love goes out to his family may God be with you all
