Kelly was born on May 17, 1975 in Fayetteville, North Carolina to Charleen Phillips and Roger Ogle. She was loving, fun, strong and kind to all who met her. Kelly will truly be missed.
She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.
Kelly is survived by: two children, Kelsey Williamson (Devin) of Federalsburg, MD and Isaiah Ogle of Denton, MD; her mother, Charleen Phillips (Walter) of Denton, MD; three sisters, Raquel Conner (Christopher) of Vienna, MD, Heather Ogle of Cambridge, MD and April Foote (Troy) of Easton, MD; two brothers, Justin Ogle (Lou) of St. Louis, MO and Joshua Phillips of Denton, MD; two grandchildren, Madalynn Taylor and Eli Williamson and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends she considered family.
