Kelly Diane Putnam, 60, of Mineral Wells, went to her eternal home on Saturday, November 1, 2025. She was born March 2, 1965 in Parkersburg, a daughter of Raymond D. Ray and the late Carolyn D. Fluharty Dellinger.
Kelly was a 1983 graduate from Wirt County High School. She was a chosen homemaker who loved music, playing piano and guitar, and singing. She was a Christian by faith who loved the Lord.
In addition to her father and his wife, Luana Ray, she leaves behind her daughter, Codi Hutchinson and son, Levi Putnam, both of Parkersburg; her brother, Danny Ray (Melinda) of Parkersburg; three grandchildren, Madison Wine, Graci McAbee, and Bryson Hutchinson; four step-children, Cherie, Amy, Craig, and Janie; Aunt and Uncle, Connie and Keith Emrick; Uncle Dennis Fluharty; best friend, Andrea Stephens; and several other extended family members.
Along with her mother, she is preceded in death by a brother, Chad Ray; and an aunt, Betty Fluharty.
Per Kelly’s final wishes, there will be no public services at this time. Lambert Tatman have been entrusted with Kelly’s services and are honored to serve the Putnam family.
