Kenneth Leon Henninger, 75, passed away on Tuesday morning, July 15, 2025 at his home. He was born on August 22, 1949 in Phillipsburg, PA to the late Joseph and Margaret Henninger. Mr. Henninger proudly served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War, was a member of the Patriot Guard, AMVETS, the American Legion, the Masonic Lodge, was a Master Dive instructor, owned Henninger's Construction and Creator of "Toys for Kids" in Crestview, Florida. Ken loved to ride his Harley-Davidson, enjoyed kayaking, spending time in the mountains and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
Ken was a multi-talented man who put his heart and soul into everything he did.
Survivors include his loving wife, Susie Henninger; son, Travis (Amber) Henninger; daughter, Heather (Bill) Hallett; step-son, John (Holly) Robison; step-daughters, Jody Tussey and Amy (Mike) McClure; sisters, Patty Wyland (Fritz) and Sandy Goheen; several grand and great-grandkids; along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Friday, July 18th in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Keith McLeod officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The service will be livestreamed on the funeral home website.
The family will receive friends 9:30-11:30 AM on Friday, July 18th at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Ken, please visit our floral store.
