In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a brother Joseph Mofield.
Survivors include his wife Sonja DePriest Mofield, a son Brandon Mofield of Hollow Rock, daughters Jessica (Adam) Kelley of Linden and Tiffany Mofield of Hohenwald, grandchildren Maddie Kelley, Dayten Mofield, Malachi Kelley, Aubrey Spencer, Sophia Crouch and Kylor Crouch, 1 great-grandchild, a brother Toby (Bonita) Mofield of Lebanon, mother and father-in-law Geraldine and Johnny Clouse, special friends Valerie Strickland and Robin Jackson, best friend George Carmen and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
