Having achieved success in the business world, he pivoted to a life of service as an FBI Special Agent from which he retired in 1994 after tours in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Cleveland and Charlotte. He was an active member of St Mark's Parish, Knights of Columbus, the Kommish of the 40+ year annual golf outing to Myrtle Beach, a woodworker, a fisherman, played all the racquet sports, an avid world traveler and dear friend to everyone in his orbit. Above all his data points of his career was his family. Connie, his wife, sons, Justin and Todd and daughter, Kendall and 8 grandchildren were the love of his life. His love and commitment to building strong character and having fun was a driving force for him. Ken was a good American patroit who served his country (military and civilian) throughout his life. Although related by marriage, we were not able to visit as much as we would have liked. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family. Our deepest sympathies to all the family.

I knew Ken when he was a new FBI Special Agent in Minneapolis and we would meet again at the Swift Boat Sailors Reunions. He is remembered for his character and great sense of humor. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
