Kenneth Brown Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Holloway Funeral Home - Salisbury on Dec. 30, 2025.
Kenneth Ray Brown, known affectionately as Kenny, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025, at the age of 73.
Born in Canebrake, West Virginia, Kenny was a man of integrity, warmth, and unwavering kindness. His life was defined by dedication, hard work, and a deep love for family and friends.
After graduating from Bennett High School, Kenny devoted 30 years as a machine operator at DuPont. He later earned his CDL license and served as Payroll Administrator at the Holly Center.
Kenny was a devoted husband to his loving wife of 30 years, Janet Brown, and a nurturing and proud father to their daughter, Savannah Brown. He also lovingly embraced his blended family, including daughters Kandi Davis and Jenna Johnson; stepdaughters Leslie Seawright, Krista Klaverweiden, and Jessica Corbin; along with many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
An avid outdoorsman, Kenny found peace in nature-especially during long rides through the woods with his brother Fern. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, and was a loyal fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Kenny's life was guided by his faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, which sustained him with hope and strength, particularly during his courageous battle with ALS.
He will be remembered as a gentle, loving soul whose calm presence and kind heart touched everyone he met.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Janet Brown; his children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; siblings Betty Adams, Dolly Brown, James Brown, William Brown, Fern Brown; and many extended family members and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Mickey Brown and Ronnie Graham.
Contributions in Kenny's memory can be made to Coastal Hospice, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.
