Ron & I express our heart-felt condolences to all of Ken's family; of whom we only met were Phyllis, Dana, Patricia & Kendel. Ken was a generous, caring Christian man that lived his life in tune with God; always looking for an opportunity to share the Gospel and witness for the Lord. We met Ken, as a Snowbird in SWF, at church in Naples, during the Winter of 2017. He was always at the Sunday Worship Service and BLG Class; as well as at the Wednesday night Band of Brothers Men's Meeting. We often went with Ken to listen to Gospel Music on Sunday evenings. We visited in each other's homes (FL & MO); for meals, fellowship and often took local side trips together. When Ken came to our house, he most always arrived with a bouquet of flowers, his famous homemade Carrot Cake and a Sequence game board, cards and shuffler. The fellowship and meal was far more precious than the competitive boardgames. When Ken heard about Hurricane Ian's surge water damage to our SWF house in 2022, he immediately called to tell us that God had promoted him to allow us to live in his house and use his FL vehicle for as long as needed; which we did, approx 6 mos. His car was used not only for our transportation but also provided a way to church, grocery store, doctor appts and various places for 3 additional mutual friends that had storm damage and lost vehicles. Ken truly lived his faith in God. He will be greatly missed by his SWF "family of friends". RIP Ken Cobb; we loved you here on earth and we look forward to seeing you in Heaven.
