Kenneth G. Davis, 82, of Middletown passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2025 in Louisville. He was born in Alton, Illinois to the late Lee Able and Geneva Via Davis. He was a veteran serving in the U S Marines from 1961-1969. He worked and traveled over the world for many years with his job selling stadium seating to many event venues. After his retirement he continued to work in construction. He enjoyed pheasant and dove hunting and fishing but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren and his grand dog, Levi. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Bode Davis and his siblings, Robert Davis and Norma Smith. Awaiting his arrival were his two best friends, Bob and Mike. He is survived by his daughter, Audrea Davis of Shelbyville, his granddaughter, Jordan Cook (Zach) of Shelbyville, his grandson, Ryan Cook of Nashville, TN, his 2 great grandchildren, Kayson and Owen Hill. A visitation for Mr. Davis will be 4-7 P.M. on Tuesday, August, 12, 2025 at the Shannon Funeral Home. The visitation will conclude at 7:00 P.M. with military honors provided by the US Marines.
