Kenneth L. Harding, 84, of Auburn passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at his home.

He was born on December 16, 1940, in Auburn, a son of the late Roland G. Harding Sr. and Martha A. Harding. Kenneth was a graduate of Waterloo High School.

He worked at Uniroyal Goodrich for over 32 years, retiring in 1994, and had also been employed at DeKalb Agra. Kenneth was a former member of the Jackson Township Fire Board. In his younger years, he enjoyed hunting, and throughout his life, his greatest joy was spending time with his family. Kenneth and his wife, Diane, made their home in the house of his great-grandparents, where they created countless memories together.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 65 years, Diane L. Harding; son, Wesley (Vickee) Harding of Hamilton; daughters, Kimberley (Roger) Strautman of Woodburn and Angela (Tyrone Maldeney) Harding of Auburn; grandchildren, Jared Strautman, Regina Hetrick, Ryne Harding, and Bryce Harding; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jack, Max, Simon, Eva, Nicolette, and Kenneth; brothers, Daniel Harding of Corunna and Leland Harding of Fort Wayne; and sisters, Ann Wagner of Middlebury and Rosalie Renkenberger of Saint Joe.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Roland G. Harding Jr.

A private family gathering will be held on the Harding family farm at a later date.
