When you go through the journey of life there are several types of people who influence you...
These are Educators, Mentors, Philosophers, Spiritual Leaders, Life Coaches, Therapists, Consultants...of course there are "Drinking Buddies", and Great Friends who you can call on for anything who don´t ever judge but help.
You don´t usually find all those people in one person, but Ken was all of those to me and more.
Dr Suess said..."Don´t cry because it is over...Smile because it happened!"
In my case I not only smile because I learned and shared so much with this great man...He made me the better man I am today and his influence will only continue to make me and those he touched even better. He will never be forgotten because he has taught us all so much it will take us the rest of our lives to implement what we have learned from him.
We love you Ken and always will!

Ken was my neighbor in Mt Dora. I always looked forward to discussing current events and life in general with Ken. He was a very kind and thoughtful man, who never uttered an unkind word about anyone. I miss him, but know he is now in paradise. God bless him and his family.

Ken was a dear friend since we met when he began serving on the Electrical Contractors Licensing Board. He was a true example of a man always looking for the best in others. I will truly miss you, Ken

I have known Ken for many years, first as a fellow member helping to write the Florida State exam in Tallahassee; and more recently on the State Board. Ken has been an inspration and will be missed.
My prayers go out to his Family and Friends.

Thank you Ken! I wouldn´t be where I am today if Ken hadn´t given me a chance long ago. He always inspired my work after leaving AAFP. Such a smart man with good answers to my ridiculous questions. I´ve seen him accomplish so much. A mentor, a friend. My deepest condolences to your family. Thank you for everything. I will never forget you.

Condolences to your family. Kenny and I were first cousins. I remember many visits to the Hoffmann home when we were kids. We were both from large families and we always had a lot of fun when we got together. May you find peace at this difficult time.
