Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home - Oregon ChapelKenneth H. Knitz, 91, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away on February 10, 2026 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. He was born on November 11, 1934 in Toledo, Ohio to Kenneth Sr. and Mary (Leimann) Knitz. He was a graduate of Waite high school in 1954. Kenneth was a Veteran of the US Army. He worked as a Machine Operator at AP Parts for many years before retiring in 1996. Kenneth enjoyed going to The Hollywood Casino and going out to eat. He also enjoyed going out to eat with friends and family.
He is survived by daughter-in-law, Jane (Rick) Temple; and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Knitz; 2nd wife, Carol Whitzel; and sister, Virginia Hudson
Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday February 15 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions in Kenneth's name can be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
