Kenneth Lee Lay

Kenneth Lee Lay, 58, of Harrodsburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Born in Harlan on September 3, 1967, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Barbara Graham Lay.

Kenneth loved to fish and watch NASCAR. He also enjoyed grilling, listening to music, and drinking beer.
Kenneth is survived by his son, Cory Lay, of NC; significant other of 22 years, Linda Pullum of Harrodsburg and her children: Linden "Spud" (Courtney) Pullum of Kings Mt., Stella (James) Cooley of Stanford, and Joseph Pullum of Kings Mt; sister, Cricket (Fred) Baker of NC; brothers: Richard Lay of Harrodsburg and Ray Lay of Harrodsburg; grandchildren: Annabelle Leigh Lay, Taylor Pullum , Haley Anderson, Sarah Pullum, Riley Pullum, and Jayden Robinson; and nieces and nephews: Dalton Lay of Harlan, Jenna Lay of Harrodsburg, Autumn Lay of Harrodsburg, Cecille Lay of Harlan, Joseph Lay of Danville, and Dennis Lay Jr. of Danville.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brothers: Dennis and Eddie Lay, and sister, Ernestine Lay.

Visitation is 5:00 PM-8:00 PM, Monday at W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Cream Ridge Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Lay, Cory Lay, Bubba Clement, Taylor Pullum, Riley Pullum, and Jayden Robinson.
