Kenneth was born July 16, 1934 in Ashland City, Tennessee to the union of Clarence Louallen and Mamie Barr Louallen. He departed this life peacefully on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Alive Hospice Residence in Nashville, Tennessee. He leaves a wife Linda Taylor Louallen and several other relatives and friends to cherish his memories.
