Lt. Gen. Brad Hosmer, USAF (ret)

Chief Ken MacLeod was the finest Senior Enlisted Advisor I had in five different commands. He sugar coated nothing and offered great advice. He was always kind and could be very tough, and he always knew which was appropriate. Every individual at Moody in our years there -- 1979 to 1981 -- knew and respected Chief MacLeod because he was both a superb SEA and wonderful human being. He was no less in his recent years and gained more respect every time we met. He was a dear friend. We miss him, and we know the entire Valdosta and Moody community, and all who knew The Chief, miss him as well. Chrissy will have organized a grand welcome. Farwell, dear Chief.

I have vivid memories of "Chief" McCleod. His office was next to mine at Moody AFB from 1980 to 1983. With his soft-spoken words and smile on his face, we spent many hours re-hashing old stories and relishing new ones. He will be missed!

WE HAVE SUCH WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF CHIEF MACLEOD THRU OUR TIME AT MOODY.
HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND MOST OF ALL, A FRIEND. NOONE WALKED AWAY WITHOUT A SMILE. HONOR AND LOYALTY DESCRIBED HIM.
