Kenneth Rocher Obituary
Kenneth William Rocher, born December 11, 1958, will forever be remembered for his vibrant spirit and unwavering love for family and nature. He peacefully departed this world on July 22, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of joy, warmth, and cherished memories.
Ken was an adoring father to his daughter, Erica VanDunk. His heart brimmed with pride as a grandfather to his treasured grandchildren-Tikoma Powell, Kiara VanDunk, and Sheldon VanDunk-who held a special place in his life and will carry forward his love and wisdom.
A true lover of the great outdoors, Ken found solace in the beauty of nature. Whether walking his dogs or hiking scenic trails, he appreciated life's simple pleasures and brought that joy to everyone around him. His infectious smile and kind spirit drew people in, making him a beloved figure in his community.
Ken was preceded in death by his cherished grandmother, Ruth Shaw; his mother, Joanne Mercer; and his sister, Roxanne Mason.
As we reflect on Ken's life, let us celebrate the love, laughter, and unforgettable moments shared with him. While he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will forever remain woven into the hearts of those who knew him. Ken's life was a true testament to family, love, and the simplicity of nature; he will be profoundly missed by all.
