Kenneth Joseph Stromski

Kenneth Joseph Stromski, 77, of Carrollton, Ohio left his earthly home for his heavenly home on August 1, 2025. Born December 21, 1947 in Harrison County, Ohio to the late Joseph and Clara Stromski. He was preceded in death by sisters, Beverly Wodarcyk, Wilma Campbell, Doris Ceculski, and Claire Bolen. Ken graduated from Adena High School in 1965. After graduation he served in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft electrician. He was an underground and surface mine electrician, a dairy farmer in Harrison County, then worked for Dairy Farmers of America as a manager of fluid milk distribution before retiring in 2012. Whatever he did, he did his best! You never had to wonder what he thought on a subject. But he loved people and wanted them to know about the saving power of Jesus Christ! He is survived buy his "dear" wife, Cathy (Householder) Stromski, whom he married on August 5, 1972. They were blessed with three children, Brian of Cambridge, Ohio; Douglas (Rachel) of Minerva, Ohio; Amy (Dave) Stellema of Elkin, North Carolina. Also surviving are brothers, John Pruneski, Bob Stromski, Rick Stromski; sisters, Joan Gebhart, Jean Schmelick and Brenda Shafer; and eight dearly loved grandchildren, Ian, Caitlyn, Joshua, Stella, Colton, Skylar, Caden, and Jasmyn. Many thanks to the compassionate ladies from Traditions Health Hospice that helped his wife in his final weeks. Services for Ken will be Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Good Shepherd Hall in Malvern, Ohio. Burial will follow in Baxter's Ridge Cemetery near New Harrisburg. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. in Dodds Funeral Home of Carrollton. Memorial contributions in Ken's name can be made to Samaritan's Purse, Christian Aid Ministries, and Alliance Pregnancy Center.
