Kenneth Frank Vizzone

Kenneth Frank Vizzone of Oak Park, Illinois passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of July 21st, 2025, at the age of 82. Ken was the beloved husband of Patricia (Reynolds) for 57 years. Devoted father, who took pride in his son's Nicholas (Sara), the late Mario, the late Patrick (Robyn) & Devoted Papa to Zachary & Gabriella (Mario), Madelyn, Nicholas & Matthew (Patrick), Penelope & Viviana (Nick). Devoted son of the late Anthony and Mary. Devoted Brother to Carol, the late Greg and Terri. Kenny, as he was known to his friends, grew up in Skokie. He went to the University of San Francisco "The Dons," Sorbonnein Paris, and graduated from Chicago-Kent Law School. He proudly served as a Sergeant in Vietnam. He lived a life full of passion. He was known for his quick wit, his engaged mind, his generosity, his empathy and a willingness to help everyone. He charmed all who came in contact with him. He was full of love, laughter, loyalty and compassion. He had many passions, first and foremost, for his wife and sons. Even though he was a lawyer by trade, he followed in his father's footsteps in the clothing business as a partner at Spauldings. He also displayed an extraordinary talent for rehabbing houses which he and his wife did
together, along with their sons. He had a passion for great music, great food and great friends. He was always engaging with people and telling stories much to their delight. His heart was huge. He faced life head on. In the words of his favorite singer, "For what is a man, what has he got?
If not himself, then he has naught
To say the words he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels
The record shows I took the blows
And did it my way" Forever missed…….Forever in our hearts….. A celebration of Kenny's life will be held on his 83rd birthday Friday, October 3rd at Robert's Westside in Forest Park from 4pm-7pm.
