Kenneth Woolsey, 88, beloved Father, grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on September 1, 2025. He entered this world on December 30, 1936 in Ponca City, OK, born to Leon and Irene Hodgson Woolsey.
Celebration of Life will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2025, in the Logwood Cemetery Pavilion, with Pastor Justin Pickup officiating.
Kenneth grew up in Kay county and he met the love of his life, Carol Scott and they were married May 4, 1956 in Kildare, OK, making their first home in Ponca City, OK. Kenneth enjoyed fishing, hunting bobcats and Coons. Kenneth was the owner and operator of WeldAll Salvage and Okie Construction Company
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter Cindy Hutchison of Burbank, OK. one granddaughter, Kendi DeNoya of Ponca City, OK, two great grandchildren, Raina DeNoya and Kadin DeNoya, one great great grandchild, Elijah King. Also surviving are two brothers, Danny Woolsey and wife Barbara of Ponca City, OK, Steve Hardin and wife Shelly of Tulsa, OK. also numerous nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Carol in 1999, and one son, Lonny Woolsey in 1999. Longtime companion Darlene Rein.
