It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Kenneth Wright, 68, of Holly Hill, South Carolina, who transitioned on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at MUSC Health Center in Charleston, South Carolina. Please adhere to all COVID-19 precautions and guidelines when visiting the family and funeral home. Service can be watched via Zoom on Wednesday also. Zoom ID #334 607 462. Password 726257.
Kenneth Wright Life Reflections
Mr. Kenneth Erwin Wright, son of the late Albert and Alice Wright, was born September 29, 1955 and departed life Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
Kenneth received his education in the Orangeburg Public School System and graduated in 1973 from Roberts High School.
Kenneth was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 14, 1984. He served as a devoted elder in the Christian Congregation in Holly Hill, South Carolina. On October 7, 2000, Kenneth married Betty Jean.
Those left to cherish his fond memories include: his wife of the home, Betty Jean Wright; seven sisters, Deloris Pugh of Baltimore, MD, Vivian (Sonny) Jenkins of Manhattan, NY, Betty (Moses) Johnson of Eutawville, SC, Sandra Wright of Holly Hill, SC, Linda Green of Eutawville, SC, Brenda Wright of Denmark, SC, and Vanessa (Frank) Marion of Moncks Corner, SC; three brothers, Albert (Pandora) Wright of Columbia, SC, Jerry (Joann) Wright of Vance, SC, and Tyrone (Tonya) Wright of Greenville, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and very close friends, Joseph & Lula White.

Mr Kenneth was so kind to me at College Park Elementary. I helped him, and he helped me. I was the bookkeeper, and would have to help him occasionally with paperwork, electronics, etc. I was just told of his passing Yesterday April 23, 2025. I was so sad because he always made me smile. He was a kind, and gentle soul! Rest easy Mr. Kenneth!
