Funeral services for Kenny Williamson will be held Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday July 5, 2024, at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Kenny was born July 17, 1954, in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest July 2, 2024, in Minden, Louisiana. Kenny was a loving husband, father, and friend who enjoyed life and was able to find humor in any situation.
He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Dorothy Williamson, son, Stephen Wayne Williamson, and grandchildren, Faith and Hope Cheatham.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Linda Williamson of Minden; daughter, Barbara Lynn Williamson and fiancé Jeff Cobb of Minden; stepsons, Paul B. Hodges of Minden, James D. Hodges and wife Trina of Sibley, and Thomas Nial Hodges and wife Jessica of Minden; sister, Carol Ann Davis and husband Jimmy of El Dorado, Arkansas, 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, nephews, Chris Davis and wife Jennifer and Ben Davis and niece Angela Margis and husband Mark all of El Dorado, Arkansas, and numerous great nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog, Buddy.
Pallbearers will be Justin Hodges, Matthew Hodges, Brigham Cheatham, Daniel Barton, Jason Barton, and BJ Hickman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Hodges, Gavin Hodges, and Carter Hodges.
The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Manish Dhawan and staff of the MD Clinic. Their kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed.
