Corbett Funeral & Cremation - Oklahoma CityKent Lang Procter, 66, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2025. He touched the lives of so many across the country and will be deeply missed.
Kent was born on June 21, 1959, in New Braunfels, TX, where his grandparents lived. He spent most of his life in Texas before moving to Oklahoma City in 2015 to spend his remaining years with his beloved wife and soulmate, Chuckie Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William T. Procter and Pauline G. Kragness, as well as his cherished daughter, Megan Procter.
Kent is survived by his wife, Chuckie Hill; his sister, Diana, and brother-in-law, Ron Bowles; his uncle, John Procter; and cousins Kevin Procter and Rick McCawley.
Kent will be laid to rest next to Megan at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston, TX.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Celebrations of Life will be held in both Oklahoma City, OK, and Katy, TX. Casual attire is welcome.
