Kerry Wade Alexander

Kerry Wade Alexander, son of the late Willie C. McGregor and Lucile Alexander, was born August 18, 1966, in Camilla, Georgia.

He confessed CHRIST at an early age and united with St. John Missionary Baptist Church.

He attended Mitchell County Schools and was formerly employed at Tyson Foods.

Kerry grew up with strong family ties and a determined spirit and a heart that cared deeply for those he loved. Throughout his life, he was known for his resilience, his humor and the love he carried for his children and grandchildren. Family was the center of Kerry's life and a devoted father to his children.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Alexander; a sister, Bonita Davis; a brother, Larry Alexander; an aunt, China Drakes; and an uncle, Percy Jones.

He departed this life on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at his residence.

He leaves to cherish his memories, three children, Kinesia Alexander, Kenterrius Alexander and Jakiah Frazier; eight grandchildren, Patrick Williams, Jr., Patrice Williams, Ayanna Denard, Parnell Yates, A'Miyah Yates, Kinnedi Conney, Kinsley Hammock and Jalani Tucker; sisters, Harriette (Harry) Williams of Camilla, Georgia, Krista (Derrick) Jackson of Pelham, Georgia, Sandra McGregor of Atlanta, Georgia; brother, Michael (Kaysha) McGregor of Pelham, Georgia; aunts, Gwen (Mike) Mitchell, Mary Jones of Camilla, Georgia, Faye McGregor of Bainbridge, Georgia, Annie Doris Mack and Carolyn Brantley of Albany, Georgia; uncles, Jimmy Jones and Lorenzo Jones of Albany, Georgia, Theodore (Doretha) Jones and Charlie Jones of Gainesville, Florida; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
