Kerry Beeson Obituary
She was born on November 26, 1955, at Corona, California to John and Lois (Purdy) Blakslee. When she was young her family moved to Coffeyville where she grew up and attended school graduating from Field Kindley High School.
Kerry married Walter Beeson and they later divorced.
She later returned to school attending Labette Community College, becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. Kerry worked at Medicalodge and Windsor Place before joining Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice where she worked until retirement.
Kerry enjoyed growing succulents, quilting, crocheting and spending time with her family.
Survivors include three sisters, Connie Bisby, Kay Yeubanks and husband Benny, Kristi Smith and husband (Greg); along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to thank her niece Sara Sitsler for all the care she gave to Kerry.
Kerry was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lois Blakslee, and sister Susan Pollett.
Following Kerry's wishes, cremation will take place under the direction of David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. No public services are scheduled at this time.
