Kevin Ray Bringman, age 67 of Lake City, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025. He was born in St. Petersburg to the late Junior Theodore and Elaine Sherman Bringman. Mr. Bringman was a proud United States Army Veteran having served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm in 1990-1991. Upon his separation from the military and his retirement, he enjoyed a quiet life, collecting coffee mugs, coins, and figurines of eagles, angels, and bells. Mr. Bringman is survived by his wife of thirty-two years: Cynthia Bringman; children: Nicole Bringman of Lake City and Justin Bringman of High Springs; granddaughter: Olivia Thermes; sisters: Cheryl Austin of St. Petersburg and Kathy (Dan) Sandlin of Ft. White; brother: Kerry Bringman of Tacoma, Florida; sister-in-law: Mary Smith (Jim) Bennett; brother-in-law: William (Angel) Segrest; his cat, Mittens; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. A memorial service with military honors will be held in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home at 3:00pm, Thursday, March 20, 2025, with Reverend Ricky Stone officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:30pm, the day of the service at the funeral home. Guerry Funeral Home is honored to serve the Bringman family.
