Kevin was born in Frankfort on May 5, 1960. He was a Veteran of the Kentucky National Guard.
He is survived by his mother, Carol Sue Grider Coburn; sisters, Terri Shaw, Gail Coburn, and Dee Dee Coburn; and by his nephews and nieces, Jared Shaw, Tyler Shaw, Chelsi Coburn, Bailee Coburn, and Krislyn Coburn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wayne Coburn, and by his grandparents, J.B. and Juanita Grider.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Bill Grayson and Ken Moore.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
