Kevin P Fitzgerald

Kevin P. Fitzgerald, 66, of Union Beach, passed away in the presence of his family on Saturday, September 13, 2025, in the hospital. He was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, on May 07, 1959. Kevin was taken too young after a short battle with Cancer. Although he is no longer with us, Kevin is known as a survivor to his friends and family. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. Once he completed his service, he spent his time as a carpenter. His hands were utilized not only in his career, but also to give to others. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend to anyone who needed one. Kevin will be missed by anyone who had the blessing to know his large heart and compassionate personality. He was predeceased by his parents, Bridget "Bridie" and Patrick "Poppy" Fitzgerald, and his siblings, Mary Fitzgerald and Daniel Fitzgerald. Kevin is survived by his sister Kathleen "Kitty" Wheeler and brother-in-law Charles Wheeler of Union Beach, New Jersey, and his niece Bridget Wheeler of Red Bank, New Jersey. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. There will be a Mass held in honor of Kevin. Information for the Mass will be shared at a later date.
