Kevin Dean Graves

With broken hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Dean Graves. Kevin was born in Muskegon, Michigan on April 5, 1972, and graduated from Muskegon High School in 1991. He was 49 years old.
Kevin's pride and joy was his girls, Savanna and Sierra. All could see he was a loving and giving father. His girls describe him as their safe, trustworthy, and dependable 'rock'.
After spending time with his family, Kevin loved watching movies, making his yard the 'best on the block', working on his cars, or tinkering in the garage. He was passionate about World War II history, planes and battleships. He also was a lover of animals, especially his beloved dog, Lexi.
Kevin had an indomitable spirit. Despite health struggles and frequent difficulties in life, he faced each day with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. It was with courage and grace that he valiantly fought until the end.
Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, James and Karen Graves, and his brother James Allen Graves of Muskegon. He is survived by his wife Jennifer (Pringle) Graves of Muskegon, his daughters, Savanna and Sierra Graves, his stepchildren, Kasey Gallegos and Joseph Tylen of Muskegon; his sister, Barb Goulet (Ray Hagan) of Muskegon, and his brother Matthew Graves (Ann) of Grand Haven, niece and nephews; Jennifer, Scott, and Jonathan Goulet. Also of mention, is his life-long friend Shelley (Peterson) Gillham, also recently deceased.
