Kevin L. Hall was survived by his two sons, Jared Hall of Scott Depot, WV and granddaughter London; USAF Technical Sgt Kyle Hall of San Antonio, TX, his wife USAF Captain Briana Romero and granddaughter Aniyah Romero; his sister Susanne Hall Locke and her husband John R. Locke of Greensboro, NC; his nephew, Dr. Matthew Locke of Pawleys Island, SC and his wife Pam; his aunt, Jo Anne Trickett Rice of Morgantown, WV. He was previously married to Rhonda Toler Hall, now Rhonda Thomas of Kenna, WV, the mother of his two sons.
Kevin Hall graduated from South Charleston High School in 1974 and graduated from West Virginia State College in 1979 with a degree in Physical Education and earned a Master's Degree in Education from West Virginia University in 1981. He taught public school in Kanawha County for 38 years serving first at South Charleston Junior High as a Health & PE Teacher and basketball coach; at Herbert Hoover High School serving a Health Instructor and golf coach; at St. Albans High School; and, at Hayes Middle School until his retirement in 2021.
Cremation has been observed and in keeping with his wishes, there will be no formal service.
Good Shepherd Mortuary 335 Fifth Avenue, South Charleston, WV 25303 has been entrusted with the arrangements.
