Kevin James Obituary

Kevin was born on March 13th, 1987, in Dallas to Larry and Teresa James. He spent his early childhood in Mesquite, Texas, elementary years in O' Fallon, Missouri, high school years in Caddo Mills, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce in 2013.
Kevin will be remembered for his kind, caring, and selfless heart, his quick wit and hardworking nature, his quirky sense of humor, and gentle approach to life. He dedicated much of his life to his career at Nucor and creative pursuits including building guitars, working with his CNC machine, tinkering with Legos and collecting Ninja Turtle memorabilia. Kevin left a lasting impact on everyone that crossed paths with him.
Kevin is survived by his parents, Larry and Teresa, his brother Lance, sister-in-law Tiana, niece Nori, aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23 at 2:00 PM at New Life Church at Covenant Ranch - 3636 FM 36 Caddo Mills, TX 75135. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Head for the Cure Foundation at headforthecure.org, in memory of Kevin James.
The James family wishes to thank the staff at UT Southwestern, the church family at New Life, Kevin's coworkers at Nucor, the Hospice Plus staff, and friends and family for their love and support during this time.
