Kevin LaPlatney Obituary
Kevin was born in Ogdensburg, New York on September 16, 1963 to Robert and Laura LaPlantney.
Kevin retired from First student in, 2018. Where he was a bus driver. In his free time, he enjoyed playing cards, going to the auction barn, and going on cruises to the Caribbean. Kevin was a good friend to everyone he met, and always had a smile on his face.
He was preceded in death by father, Robert LaPlantey; mother, Laura LaPlatney; two brothers, Ronald LaPlatney, Robert LaPlatney; sister, Susan Janack.
He is survived by his Spouse of 33 years, Shelly Reed, two sons, Theodore Reed, Jr., Joseph (Michaela) Reed; two daughters, Jennifer LaPlatney, Cheyenne LaPlatney; three grand-sons, Bradley Kelsey, Jordon Sabad and Nicholas Reed; three grand-daughters, Jazmyn Sabad, Olivia Reed and Jaylyn Sabad. Friend, Clifford (Tina) Johnston.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals 705 N. Main St, N Syracuse.
