In Memory, Kevin Hans Meyers passed away unexpectedly at home in Whitman, MA on January 7, 2025. Kevin was born on May 10, 1959 in Manchester CT. He grew up in Mansfield and Columbia, Ct. Upon graduation from Windham High School he jointed the Willimantic Police Department as an officer until his enlistment in the US Army. He ended his working career as a machinist in the private industry.
Kevin was predeceased in death by his Father Albert Louis Meyers, Jr., Survived by his Mother Sandra J. Gettig, Step Father Robert D. Gettig, Jr, Former Wife Madeline Meyers, Step Daughter Evangeline Sutter, Brothers Bud Meyers (Kim Bono), Greg Meyers (Dawn), Step Sister Tammie Morrison (Bruce), Step Brother Robert D.Gettig III (Lori) and his nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, great nieces & nephews,
Kevin spent much of his youth with his family at Coventry Lake where his maternal and paternal grandparents lived. Good times and happy memories were made at his home with Madeline at Wallum Lake in Douglas MA.
