It's with extreme heavy heart that we announce the passing of Kevin Manuel Ramirez,
born on September 6, 1995, in Springfield, Massachusetts.
A beautiful shining light in the lives of all of those that knew him and met him.
Kevin was outlived by his loving mother, Omarya Guzman, his two brothers: Koi Ramirez, Joshua Rodriguez, his father Kenneth Ramírez, his titi Mireya Torres and all of his friends that turned into his family, uncles, aunts, grandparents, sister, brothers.
Kevin was a person full of so much life, passion dreams and a love that was far and beyond. He had a smile that would light up the room.
A memorial service to celebrate Kevin's life will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, 01109. We invite all who knew and loved Kevin M to join us in celebrating his vibrant life and honoring his legacy. We encourage you to share your cherished memories of Kevin's and upload photos to the memorial page to keep his spirit alive.

I only worked with Kevin a few shifts, and in that short time he touched my life in beautiful ways. He was handsome, smart, full of energy, sharp witted, and lit up the room with his laughter and words. I thought of him a lot and was stunned to hear of his untimely passing. It hurt my heart and I can only imagine how difficult it will be for his close loved ones. Prayers for his family. Thank you for sharing Kevin with us.

I briefly worked with Kevin at Baystate, and to say he lit up the room, is an understatement. Kevin was bright, energetic, kind, and so funny! Everyone enjoyed his presence and enthusiasm. He will be greatly missed.
