He was born November 18, 1958 in Barnesville, son of Marlin Roe and Audrey (Poulton) Massey.
Kevin had worked as a laborer for the Village of Senecaville for many years.
He married Shannon (Dunkle) Roe on April 5, 2012.
Kevin will be dearly missed by his wife, his family, and his friends.
Graveside services and burial will be held at Senecaville Cemetery on Wednesday (September 11, 2024) at 11 a.m.
