Kevin Lee Whitmer, born on July 10, 1958, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, fell asleep in death on December 21, 2024, in Boise, Idaho after a long battle with Alzheimer's. He was the beloved son of Darrell and Donna Whitmer and grew up alongside his siblings Kirk (Rachelle), Kirsten, Darla, and Keith (Dianne).
Kevin graduated from Gilmore City-Bradgate High School in 1976. Shortly after his graduation, the family moved to Boise, Idaho. Over the years, Kevin worked for Eddie's Bakery, Capital One, Micron, and Crucial. Kevin enjoyed hiking and taking long drives in the hills around Boise. He also loved spending time with his friends learning about and teaching the Bible. He especially enjoyed Bible prophecies that foretold future blessings. Kevin was looking forward to being resurrected to a paradise earth.
