Kim M. Garbe, 61, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, with her family by her side.
She was born on November 5, 1964 to Dale and Carol (Fischer) Miller in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. She graduated from Green Bay West High School. She worked at Dan's Mobile Gas Station as a cashier and then as a Liquor Store Manager at Walmart until 2020. She was recently working as a sorter at Bay Towel. On March 21, 2005, she married Tim Garbe in Montigo Bay, Jamica.
Kim loved spending time at her and Tim's camper in Algoma. She would get up early, make a cup of coffee and then watch the birds as the sun rises. Every sunrise was different. She enjoyed her yearly trips to Door County with her step-mom, Jackie and also enjoyed her lunches with her friend, Patty, one of the favorites being Taco Burrito Mexico.
Her family meant everything to her, especially her grandkids and her four-legged friend, Jax.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Kim is survived by her loving husband, Tim; her two daughters, Heather Curtis and Becky Curtis; her step-son, Trevor (Significant Other, Jessie) Garbe; and grandchildren: Brandon, Amaya, Gavan, Jayden, Ashton and Elliot.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother; her baby sister, Lisa; and numerous Aunts and Uncles.
A Memorial Service for Kim will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54301. A time for friends and family to pay respects and visit with the family will begin at 1:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Unity Hospice, especially to Sam and Sarah.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family to help cover Kim's medical costs.
