Kim Marie Johnson Davis

Kim "Queen" Marie Johnson Davis, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA., entered into eternal rest at her home on April 16, 2025, at the age of 54. She was born on July 22, 1970, in New Orleans, LA. Kim attended Walter L. Cohen and graduated from L. E. Rabouin Vocational High School. She was a dedicated manager of St. Ann Group Home. Daughter of Rosalyn Johnson-Perry and the late Clarence Johnson. Loving wife of Leon Davis. Mother of Sean Breaux, Daniel Breaux (Kelsey), and Jeremiah Davis. Loving grandmother of Shai Breaux. Kim was the sister of Shelita Warning (John-Deceased), Desmon Johnson (Michelle), Damon Johnson, Joanetta Anderson (Stanley), Tara Johnson (Clarence), John Perry III, Cornell Minor, Kevin Jones (Roniese) and William Jones. A bonus father John H. Perry Jr., Mother-in-law Shirley Winston. Kim was the godmother of Matthew Tyler, Kennitra Williams, Emani Drake, and Da'Shy Johnson. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Kim was a member of Third Rose of Sharon Baptist Church, Edwin St. Cyr Chapter #77 OES, Hard Head Hunter's, Care Share Basket Group and We are One Social Aid and Pleasure Club and Employees of Domino's Sugar Refinery, Poor Boy's Lounge and Home Depot are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday April 26, 2025 for 10:00 a.m. at Third Rose of Sharon Baptist Church, 2132 Third Street, New Orleans, LA 70113.
