She is survived by her mother Lorraine (Peach) Hogg, retired Chaplain of the Winchester Medical Center. She is also survived by her sister, Kelly S. Dunlop of Clarke County, VA.
She was born at the County Hospital on South Onondaga in Syracuse, NY. There are several surviving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. She was born on September 17, 1963.
When the family moved to Loudoun County, Kim got a Pell grant that she paid for to become a beautician. She soon bought land in Charles Town, WV and had her own house built. She was an artist of many kinds who loved using her potter's wheel and kiln. Her pottery was beautiful.
At her requested her ashes are currently in one of the potteries peices that she created.
