Kimberly Sue Cox, 44, of Union City, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at her home. She was born on January 20, 1980, in Muncie, to Dwight J. Cox and Becky Sue (Huffer) Boxell.
Kim had a Bachelor's degree in psychology. She was working as a kitchen assistant at Pizza King in Union City, Indiana.
Kim is survived by her father and step mother Dwight and Carolyn Cox; mother and step father, Becky and David Boxell; sister, Abra (Mitchell Snyder) Cox; step sisters, Tiffany (Robbie) Moreland, and Krystal Melton; step brothers, Michael Boxell and Gary Holt; grandfather, Dallas Cox; uncles and aunts, Randy (Andrea) Huffer, Brian Huffer, Scott Cox, and Jennifer Shephard; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; as well as her beloved cat, Nacho.
Kim was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leroy and Maryellen Huffer; grandmother, Judy Cox; uncle, Richard Cox; and step brother Damon Holt.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Memorials in Kim's name may be made to PAWS, 239 N. Columbia St., Union City, IN 47390.
