Kimberly “Kim” Jones Pittman, 63 of Fremont passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025. A celebration of life will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Bishop Douglas Atkinson will officiate.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5 – 6:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.
Kim is survived by her loving husband of twenty-six years, Mark “Rooster” Pittman of the home; daughters, Mandi Whitley and Magen W. Horne and husband, Timmy both of Fremont; sons, Josh Pittman and Logan Sullivan of Selma and Steven Lane and wife, Savannah of Goldsboro; grandchildren, Eva Barnes, Austin Barnes, Allie Ellis, Alaina “Lainabug” Horne, Adelyn “Addy” Horne, Amelia “Millie Grace” Horne, Anna Pittman, Waylon Pittman, Oaklynne Pittman, Rylee Lane, Emmie Lane and Maisy Lane; sister, Joy R. Coppock and husband, Mark of Stantonsburg; mother, Joyce Garris Rowe and step-father, Durward Rowe; brothers, Ronny Jones and wife, Julie of Walstonburg, and their son, Kent and D. Allen Rowe of Stantonsburg; her sister-in-law, Gail Pittman of Stantonsburg and beloved family members, Thomas “Tom” and Annie Jones and Gary and Angel Jones.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mangram Kent Jones; grandchildren, Riley Horne, Easton Pittman and Nelligh Pittman; grandparents, Floyd and Eva Garris; in-laws, Junior and Deanie Pittman.
