Joyner's Funeral HomeMollie Dawes Dixon Kluge, age 85 of Elm City, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025.
“To know her was to love her loving spirit”, with her laughter and sense of humor.
Mrs. Kluge was a long time, and faithful member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church. She retired from Rock Ridge Elementary School as a Teacher’s Assistant in the second grade, after twenty-five years, where she always said she “had the time of her life with her kids”.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 27th, from 6-8pm at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Pkwy, Wilson. Funeral services will be at 11am on Thursday, August 28th, at Mt. Zion Methodist Church, 5326 London Church Rd, Elm City, with Rev. Bill Haddock officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.
