Mrs. Marshburn was born on April 7, 1961 in Moarocko, Africa to Richland Chandler and Janice Provost Chandler.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Janice P. Chandler and still-born daughter, Jennifer Marshburn.
Survivors include her husband, James Marshburn, of the home; son, Jeremy Oaks of Tennessee; father, Richard Chandler; step-son, Jamie Marshburn of Stuart, VA; grandchildren, Chandler and Adrianna; sister, Karen Jarman of Ohio; brother, Zack Chandler of Richlands and many loving nieces and nephews.
