Kimberly Shawn Matvia

Kimberly Shawn Mativa, 63 of Springdale, AR., left this world on Friday,
September 29th. Kimberly was born on January 29th, 1960, in Braddock
Hills, PA to Joseph and Margaret Matvia. She is the mother of Joshua
Finley (Charlene). Kimberly is survived by Joseph Matvia, Helen
Meininger, Paul Matvia, and Denise Mastro. She was preceded in death by
her parents and two brothers, Anthony Matvia and Matthew Matvia and one
sister, Kathleen Hood. Kimberly worked at a few companies over the
years, performing administrative duties; Lear Siegler, Dow Jones, and
Convergys to name a few. Kimberly enjoyed socializing, learning new
things, and she loved animals (especially cats). Kimberly has always had
an admirable fighting spirit. She fought late stage cancer and many
other health issues. She will be dearly missed. Private services will be
held at Sisco Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 6th at 11:00am. In Lieu
of flowers, donations may be made to one of her favorite causes:
American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, or your
local humane society.
